Maid Right of Williamson County is a family owned and operated cleaning services company located in Franklin, Tennessee. Owners Larry and Pam Hubbard are proud to bring Maid Right’s unique approach to service and community outreach to the Williamson County area.
Larry has over 23 years of experience in managing all facets of the environmental services industry, involving leading teams to grow revenue by offering clients sustainable solutions and responsive service. Larry’s prior career focused on total P&L responsibility, including sales, environmental, safety compliance, OSHA training, budget preparation, and Human Resource oversight.
As Larry’s partner in Maid Right of Williamson County, Pam brings eight years of real estate sales and marketing experience. Her new responsibilities include operations management and in home estimating.
Pam and Larry’s daughter Grace serves as a customer service representative in the business.
